Was good bus reasonably on time.
But the return trip wasnt good. we didnt pre book as we were told we didnt need to so waited for the 6.40pm pick up on the 5/16/2013. It was really late. A bus came but he was dropping off only and said here comes the bus now. The bus didnt stop and continued past even though we waved.

Stress free. My family loved it. My kids enjoyed the tv with the animation movie while in the bus. Saved money instead of car rental or taxi.

great it was right there when we arrived although information on paperwork could have been a little clearer as to where to catch bus. driver was great. prompt and we were at our hotel in no time. Will be recommending to several people who will be traveling to America in the next 12 months!

Being my first trip to Los Angeles, and alone with my two young grandchildren, I was a bit nervous about the pickup at LAX. But when we arrived the bus stop was right outside and the bus came within 10 mins. Very efficient, professional service which exceeded my expectations. well done!
