we had purchased our Universal tickets separately so we just needed the transportation frm our Disney area hotel to Universal City. After a fair amount of research, we used these guys based on their reviews etc. Was not disappointed!!!! Our two bus drivers Juan and Alex were outstanding!! This is the easiest way to get to Universal Studios. You are picked up at your hotel, delivered to a depot to collect other passengers and then on your way. You can sit back and relax. The driver gives information on the drive to Universal and lets you sleep on the way home after your big day out. Highly recommended.

The Driver was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about history and points of interest on the way to Universal Studios. This made our ride to and from more interesting. On the return home she pointed out a few things but mostly addressed that the majority of us were tired from a long day and she would be quiet and let us enjoy our peaceful ride back to our respective hotels. THAT was very nice, indeed, to be able to enjoy peace and quiet after a full day! Also felt very safe with her driving abilities. Will definately use again and recommend to friends.

We were on bus #68101 with Salvadore (hope I spelled his name correctly!). I made a special note to myself so that I would remember to write this review. He was FANTASTIC..... very knowledgable and wonderful sense of humor and great tips on how to get the most from our visit to Universal Studios that day.
