This was definitely an enjoyable trip and well worth doing. The children would have preferred longer at the beach and maybe we should have spent less time near the Chinese Theatre, which was really a bit of a "Been there, seen it, done it. Let's move on" experience. In the same way, Farmers Market was a good place to see and stop for lunch, but there wasn't much else to do. Maybe the time could be reduced a bit.
Our driver/guide was really good.

The driver stopped or slowed down when he could gave us enough time to take pictures and walk around. I would do it again definitely.

The bus driver was a good narrator. Just wished there were other better places to go.

This is the 2nd time I have taken this tour. I am a host for foreign students that I take with me. The Driver makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE!

The bus driver had a sign that asked for a 15% gratuity. When the tour was over, the driver made a little speech and said it was normal to give him a tip. We like to give tips - when we think it was a great tour, but now it seemed like we had no choice. Also, the description of this tour said we would see houses of famous people, and we did not see any.

The tour guide was great, his knowledge of LA was fantastic! This tour is worth doing if you've not been to LA before, as it gives you a great insight into the history of the city.
The tour does not give you a lot of time at each point, but it's very affordable and you get to cover a lot of area and see a lot which for me who did not have a lot of time in LA was great.

Tour was good but did not have long enough in places to see them properly.

I don't think our guide was very enthusiastic and seemed to mumble a lot. Didn't seem like he enjoyed his job and it really showed. He was more concerned to push the tourists into his "friend's" stores where it seemed he may have benefitted. I wouldn't recommend this tour guide at all.

I thought it was a good informative tour but I was very disappointed at the short time we had at the Walk of Fame and Hollywood sign, 40 minutes is not long enough. I could have done without seeing Venice Beach and Farmers Market, not enough time to make Farmers Market worth a visit.

The guide talked only about celebrities and their movies and seemed not to know much about the history of the city or its demographic characteristics.
