The driver was an absolute gem! He kept us all informed about where we were, points of interest, local history and anecdotes. He did a great job on what was a very long day. I couldn't recommend him highly enough!
I was extremely impressed that the scheduled pickup time from my hotel was exactly when the bus arrived. The bus being on time was extremely reassuring to someone who hasn't traveled a lot, and was a bit nervous that, even with all of my planning, things may just go wrong.
It was mentioned that the company wanted to make leaving Universal Studios an hour later (i.e. 7:30pm instead of 6:30pm). This would be fine for a tour that does not have the City Night Tour associated with it. However, my feeling is that adding this extra hour onto what is already a very long day would mean that our return to our hotel was far too late. For the sake of those who come after me, please don't change the Universal Studios to a later time!

Good but what has been said about it already stands. You'll likely fall asleep during the night tour because of the busy day at Universal. They should allow more time at Walk of Fame and less time driving.

We loved our experience at Universal Studios. I was a bit disappointed by our LA night tour. I really thought we were going to see either the actor’s house or the actors themselves. I really enjoyed seeing the walk of fame. The bus driver was superb, he was very informative.

The pick up was on time. The organization of trip was spot on. The driver was a wealth of knowledge both on Los Angeles and the theme park. I would suggest that when you get to park, head straight to the back section to save on waiting in lines. There is no need to pay extra for VIP tickets if you are going before July. This was a great day trip. The Los Angeles night tour was great although Los Angeles does not really have much to offer.

I had a great day and our driver was brilliant. My only suggestion is that the time allocated at Universal Studios be longer. Our driver did provide valuable tips on maximizing the time. The tour of LA was very good. I would have enjoyed a few more stops. I would probably separate the trips next time.

When I phoned to confirm I was told the wrong time and place to meet. This caused us to miss the tour. We were lucky enough to have had an extra day that we could reschedule. The bus driver was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Okay, you get enough time for Universal but not for the the city walk unless you rush. All in all, it was good.

Excellent tour, the driver/tour guide was very informative and entertaining. She got us into Universal Studios very quickly, told us what to do first and where to go. Pick up times were very good. The night tour of LA was good but we were tired at the end of a long day. An excellent trip and I would recommend it!
