The tour was very good. Driver was excellent. Downside was things were rushed, even though it was Memorial Day.

Our bus driver was great. He pointed out all the main attractions on the way to Universal. The only problem we encountered was that there wasn't much time to spend at Universal once we arrived. We had approx. 4 hours to fit everything in. We ran from one attraction to the other, and we still missed a few we would have liked to have seen (Backdraft and Waterworld). Too much time was spent at the Hollywood Walk of Fame and a little too long at the Farmers Market for lunch. If those were each cut down by approx 30 min each, we would have had time to enjoy the other shows we missed at Universal.

Our bus driver was excellent. We had three teenage daughters and a mom shopping outside of Universal Studios, and naturally, we did not make it back to the bus right at 7:00 p.m. He was so good about not wanting to give us heck and I really liked his sense of humour.

Well worth it. Universal Studios tour was long enough, we visited the shops and restaurants for about an hour and a half before going on the bus ride to Hollywood. Walked around Hollywood Blvd for an hour shopping and then the bus ride past the other parts of Hollywood was enough. If you want more of Hollywood or Universal Studios and shopping etc - do them all seperately. Crammed heaps in over one day because we had limited time. The drivers are great and very knowledgable of their towns.

It was a very long day...this did not come as a surprise, however. Our bus driver, Alex, gave good advice for maximizing our time at Universal Studios. We would have enjoyed even more time there but feel we experienced what we wanted to during the time. We especially loved our time on the City Walk even though we were a bit rushed. We were surprised at how grungy Hollywood Blvd was and felt the tourist shops there were quite tacky. Although it was interesting to see the sites of LA, we dont feel we need to again. Universal Studios, however, was a great experience. Our bus driver was very professional, informative and punctual. We learned alot by listening to him. We would recommend this tour company...we had no problems at all.

The driver was very funny and gave a lot of information of Hollywood and the surrounding areas.
He made the trip to Universal Studios very funny and interesting because he gave a lot of information and put a lot of effort showing us the Hollywood sign. The night tour is really, really good and we love the Disney theater and the city lights.
The bus was clean but probably the company should have like a previous sit assignment because my wife and I chose the front seats in the beginning, we were on time and early but when we return from Universal Studios to continue with the night tour another person was siting there and that was rude.
Also, when I call to confirm my package the person didnt have all the information and when I ask her about my park tickets she said that the driver will give them to me, which was wrong. I would recommend to the company to put more information about the check in process so there is no doubt or confusion on the service.
The tour was aboslutely good and funny, the driver excellent, bus clean the only area of improvement could be the information on the web page and taking care on the impolightness of some people.

Could have spent some time on Rodeo Dr. or others. Still, at the end of the day, this is great. I would recommend to others.
