It was a great tour and the driver was extremely knowledgeable and shared great information with us.
One thing which can be improved is the timing. I feel the tour should start early so as to give people more time at Universal Studios.

Our bus driver was great - he gave us instructions so that we could fit everything we wanted to do in one day - and it worked. We had a fabulous time.

I had an amazing time! The driver/guide was very informative and very humorous. I would definitely do a tour with all anaheim tours again! I would also highly recommend it to others.

Initially, we had issues with the pickup from the hotel. The pickup bus did not match the bus description in the confirmation email and the company sent a bus to pick us up after 3-4 calls after a 45 minute wait. However, the four stars are for the tour quality. The stop at Graumann's Theatre, Hollywood, and the Farmer's Market was good. However, the time at Universal was less than expected (around 3.5 hrs because it closed at 6:00 PM and the lower level closed at 5:30 PM). Maybe the drive through Rodeo Drive can be omitted, so that we can reach Universal earlier. Anyway, it's not possible to see anything during the drive. Also, it would have been better if the tour included one of the beaches like Santa Monica Beach.

everything went smoothly. The driver, Starla, was personable and very knowledgeable about the area, pointing out many landmarks that would have otherwise passed unnoticed. I am convinced she could have driven that bus through the eye of a needle, if necessary. Excellent driver. All in all a very enjoyable trip, highly recommended.
